The goal of the evaluation process is to improve student learning. It is designed to be meaningful, developmental and personalized for each faculty member. The process is collaborative and participatory, and it considers adult learning principles. Its multi-year approach provides authentic and individual feedback.

We require annual performance appraisal with written feedback on each teacher:
Two written evaluations for new teachers and one each year for all teachers.
The accreditation and school improvement process has articulated a number of initiatives which should be considered in the developing process.
